
TGCC buys 51% of Safettras as MASI ends flat at 18,562.93 points
TGCC announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in Safettras, strengthening its specialised works business, according to L'Economiste, La Vie éco and Finances News Hebdo. At the close on June 4, the MASI was unchanged at 18,562.93 points, while the MASI 20 rose 0.42% to 1,321.84 and the MASI Mid and Small Cap index added 0.21% to 1,883.03. The MASI ESG index underperformed, falling 0.61% to 1,356.34. Separately, Cosumar is investing in food-grade liquid CO2 in Casablanca, Lebrief reported.
