
Casablanca: MASI rises 0.59% as BCP settles Belgian case for 174.5 mln euros
The MASI rose 0.59% to 18,629.14 points on June 8, while the MASI 20 gained 0.77% to 1,330.46 and the MASI ESG added 0.92% to 1,366.43. The session was mixed, with the MASI Mid and Small Cap down 0.63% at 1,858.1 points and the SMI falling 7%, according to the Casablanca Stock Exchange. On the corporate front, BCP said a 174.5 million euro settlement ended proceedings in Belgium against its BCDM unit, according to Medias24. On the regulatory side, AMMC approved the information notice for Cosumar's share buyback programme, Telquel.ma reported.
